Careers at Jakes Landscape & Construction

If you’re searching for Construction Jobs San Diego and want to be part of a team working across landscaping, hardscaping, demolition, concrete, and outdoor construction, we’d like to hear from you.

One Crew That Takes Care Of Its Own.

Jake’s isn’t a big faceless outfit. We’re a tight, family-owned team where the owner is on the job with you, not hiding behind a phone. That means your work gets seen, your effort gets recognized, and good people move up.

Because we handle every phase in-house – demolition, excavation, concrete, hardscape, and landscaping, you’ll learn real skills across the trade instead of doing the same one task all day. And since all our work is right here in San Diego County, you’re home at night, not living out of a truck.

If you take pride in leaving a site clean and doing things the right way, you’ll fit right in. That’s what “Expect Excellence” means, and it starts with the crew.
