Jake and his team did a great job for us! Our project was a challenge as it was a large swimming pool that was converted to a koi pond and there was even more concrete than any of us expected. Jakes team took it in stride, completed the job on time and cleaned up well. All of the guys who worked on the project were so nice and courteous. His bid was reasonable and he didn't come back to us with crazy change orders. One of the best things about jake was his responsiveness. Jake and his crew are top notch! From our first meeting with Jake we knew we were going to have him do our pool demo. Jake was very knowledgeable with lots of experience with pool demos specifically. The whole job ran so smoothly. The guys showed up every day on time and worked hard. We were so impressed with the coordination of every aspect of the job. We had a pool removed from our backyard and a significant amount of concrete removed as well. Jake was fair in his pricing and delivered exactly we told me he’d do. He listened and always kept me in the loop. This was step 1 of our backyard transformation and can’t wait to use him for step 2.

We are thrilled with the finished product of a new patio and turfed backyard. Jake walked us through every step of the way. His crew was punctual and did great work. He was flexible with our budget and listened to my wife as she agonized over many of the decisions. A few of the decisions were the color of the patio, how big of an area for a seating area, how large of a patio, and so on. Jake wasn’t pushy and very receptive and communicative on the process. We can’t believe we went from a backyard that was unsightly and not very usable to a backyard we will enjoy for the rest of the time we own our home. Thank you so much.
